This is a great topic, Jo! Can't be reminded enough about the power anger can take over our minds and bodies. I, too, struggle with what I call "flash temper." I've gotten much better at recognizing it, letting it wave through those 90 or so seconds, and NOT berating myself (or someone else) for the perceived infraction.
